Despite my father being a photographer and my brother as well, despite practically growing up in a darkroom, watching my father developing and meticulously retouching his images, I didn’t had similar ambitions.

Until I had my first smartphone. This got me hooked. Soon after I bought the first sony NEX-3, my first interchangeable lens camera. Then came the a6000 and soon after the a7R II, my first full frame.

Usually I shoot with two lenses – the Sony 28mm f2 and the Sony FE 70-300mm f4.5-5.6. When shooting the milky way or the aurora borealis, I use the Laowa 15mm f2.
